As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. You will work closely with the marketing and creative team to create compelling content for various social media platforms, manage social media accounts, and analyze data to optimize social media performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
Create and publish content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create compelling and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, aligned with our startup's values and messaging.
Manage social media advertising campaigns.
Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our reach and enhance brand credibility.
Assist in coordinating social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to enhance user participation and brand loyalty.
Stay abreast of emerging social media platforms and technologies to explore innovative ways to reach our target audience.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in social media marketing.
Experience in B2C or D2C organization.
Passionate about startups and entrepreneurship
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
In-depth understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
