VMRF (Vedanta Medical Research Foundation), a non-profit organization, is an initiative of Vedanta Resources and Bharat Aluminium Company Ltd. (BALCO) to contribute towards prevention of cancer and its related illnesses. BALCO Medical Centre (BMC) is a premier name in cancer care with a mission to provide high quality and affordable cancer care to the people of India. This large facility, currently ongoing further expansion, offers a comprehensive range of diagnostic and therapeutic services under one roof. BMC reached a historic milestone by becoming india's first partner to win the Cancer Grand Challenges Award, accompanied by a substantial $25 million grant. Leading this change is Dr. Bhawna Sirohi, a world-renowned medical oncologist and the Medical Director of VMRF, who spearheads innovative cancer care and research initiatives

The Opportunity:

We are looking to hire a passionate leader who will be responsible for spearheading the HR vertical for BMC and will play a critical role in delivering business performance through key pillars such as ensuring right management in place, Organization Building, HR Processes, Organization Development, Business Partnering, Employee Engagement and fostering a high-performance work culture by leveraging new age digital tools and analytics. The incumbent will design HR strategies enhancing job satisfaction fostering positive work environment by bringing in best-in-class and globally benchmarked people practices. Focus on Stakeholder Management, Digitalization, Safety, Ethics, Governance and Compliance will remain key success factors.

The Successful Applicant:

- High-quality, result-oriented and resilient leader with demonstrated capabilities with a proven track record of managing large teams- Hunger to drive transformational changes.- Experience in best-in-class health care industries.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment- B.E./B.Tech and MBA in HR from a Tier 1 institute with 10+ years of experience.
