About the position :
BDM is Responsible for leading initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company in the assigned territory – all clean process applications in this case. Be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities
Thorough knowledge of air filtration products specifically clean process products and detailed applications
Liaise with end users, contractors, consultants, contractors and distributors for enhancing business in the assigned region through aggressive lead generations and new projects
Grow new customers and expand existing customer business
Prepare offers, technical discussions, negotiations, follow up on enquiries
Conduct customers seminars to increase the brand awareness & educate them on product range
Keeping a track and knowledge on competition offerings for similar applications
Distributor appointment & management
Know-how (Education, Work Experience and Business knowledge)
B. Tech/B.E. + MBA (Preferred)
10 - 12 years' prior industry related business development experience
Self-motivated, go getter attitude with good technical aptitude
Excellent Communication, presentation, inter-personal and analytical skills
Proficient in working with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Willing to travel extensively for generating business.
