Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growth team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the companys expansion in both B2B and B2C verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through online/offline channels and convert them into business opportunities
  • Pitch our wellness solutions and products to potential clients
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in healthcare/wellness)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
  • Good command of English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools
