  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Position:Manager - HR & IR for Pharma (Ayurvedic) organization *@ BANGALORE*

Total experience: 15 yrs. + with HR & IR role

Role: Responsible and accountable for all statutory implementation

Salary : 10.00 to 15.00 LPA (Depends on skill and experience)

Age: Up to 40 yrs.
