Position Overview:

The Lead HR Transformation and Talent Operations will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change and enhancing our talent management capabilities. With 15 to 20 years of extensive experience in HR transformation, talent acquisition, and operations management, the ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Lead the development and execution of the HR transformation strategy aligned with the company's long-term objectives. Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to senior leadership and stakeholders on HR initiatives and talent management practices.

Talent Acquisition and Retention:

Oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including workforce planning, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and onboarding. Implement innovative recruitment technologies and methodologies to attract top talent and enhance the candidate experience. Develop retention strategies to ensure the long-term engagement and development of high-performing employees.

HR Process Optimization:

Evaluate existing HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Drive the design and implementation of streamlined HR processes, automation solutions, and digital tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of HR initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Change Management and Organizational Development:

Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new HR programs and processes across the organization. Partner with cross-functional teams to assess organizational capabilities, identify skill gaps, and develop talent development plans. Foster a culture of learning and development by implementing training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to HR practices, data privacy, and employment laws. Mitigate HR-related risks by establishing robust governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address HR-related legal issues and mitigate potential liabilities.

Champion effective Environment, Occupational Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHSS) practices for the company and oversee compliance with those practices within Biologics business. Play an active leadership role in monitoring and verifying safety performance through Gemba walks and other safety-led activities. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in HR transformation, talent acquisition, and talent operations, preferably in a global organization. Proven track record of leading HR transformation initiatives and driving organizational change. Strong understanding of HR technologies, including HRIS, ATS, and performance management systems. Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies and initiatives. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are a plus.
