Job Title: Personal Assistant and client Manager

Summary

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Personal Assistant to provide executive-level administrative support. This role involves managing diaries and schedules, handling clerical tasks, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, accompanying management to client meetings, and collaborating with various departments.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative support

Proficiency in diary management and clerical tasks

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment

Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)

Ability to travel to attend client meetings and provide on-site support

Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and requirements

Strong professional presence with excellent communication and presentation skills

Energetic, proactive, and approachable personality

Compensation

Salary offered: ₹50,000 per month
