Senior Sales Engineer – Steel design softwares

nhance Digital Solutions, division of nhance Consulting Engineers, specializes in selling and supporting software products and developing bespoke technical software. nhance, founded in 2004 with its corporate base at Hyderabad, is distributor of number of leading engineering softwares in the Indian market.
Job Description:
You will manage existing accounts and develop new business by actively promoting Civil Engineering softwares, initially starting with SDS2 steel detailing software. This role is suitable for someone who has proven track record in the construction sector.
Key responsibilities include
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth.
- Understand customer requirements and guide pre-sales team appropriately to give customized demo to address their needs.
- Travel to meet prospective clients in India and close the deals. Manage post-sale interaction to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate leads through calling and email campaigns.
- Coordinate with other internal teams to ensure customer needs are appropriately addressed.
Desired Profile:
We are looking for a candidate who has demonstrable sales skills and good overall structural engineering background. A suitable candidate should have:
- A proven track record, of 3 years or more, in engineering software and service sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills with strong personal motivation
- Ability to leverage existing accounts as well as the aptitude to develop new markets.
- Experience in the steel sector and construction sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- BTech/BE engineering degree, preferably in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
