Job Responsibilities

  • Carry out day-to-day production activities in accordance with SOPs and GMP guidelines.
  • Monitor and operate production equipment for manufacturing of formulations.
  • Ensure proper weighing, dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, and packaging processes.
  • Maintain production records such as BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) and BPR (Batch Packing Record).
  • Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure product compliance.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and discipline within the production area.
  • Assist in process validation, scale-up, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to regulatory standards (WHO, GMP) during all production operations.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge of production processes in pharmaceutical formulations.
  • Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance.
  • Good documentation and record-keeping abilities.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Team player with strong discipline and work ethics.

  • Reach Experience in tablets and capsules production and formulation development.

  • Approval in tablet and capsule sections from FDA is essential.

Educational Qualification

  • B.Sc. (Chemistry) / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
