Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant - IT Infra Tools -L3 to join our team. As a Consultant - IT Infra Tools -L3, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure tools and systems. This is a senior-level role that requires at least 7 to 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure tools management. The job is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time position.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Proven experience of 7 to 10 years in IT infrastructure tools management
  • Strong knowledge of Ansible, ServiceNow, monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, New Relic)
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to IT infrastructure tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
