Minimum 10+ Years of experience (Banking Domain preferred )
Location: Navi Mumbai (Airoli)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Vendor coordination
Check data growth
Automate daily task wherever applicable
Problem Management & Troubleshooting any incidents related to middleware
Certificate Implementation & troubleshooting
Planning and assisting in Patching and Infra vulnerability resolution
Performance tuning activity
Preparation of RCA for Major Incidents Updating and maintenance of Availability, Capacity management
Risk Analysis and providing mitigation planning
Continual Service Improvement Planning and executions
Preparing, maintaining and updating of SOP and KBase
Maintaining and updating of Infra AS IS / Infra Documents
Incident / Problem / Change management
Reinstallations and configurations raised due to Incident
Application GO-Live review for the new installation done by L2 team
Oversight during DR drill.
Maintain SLA for Incidents and service requests
