Requirements:

Any Graduate with relevant IT industry experience

Minimum 10+ Years of experience (Banking Domain preferred )


Location: Navi Mumbai (Airoli)



Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Vendor coordination
  • Check data growth
  • Automate daily task wherever applicable
  • Problem Management & Troubleshooting any incidents related to middleware
  • Certificate Implementation & troubleshooting
  • Planning and assisting in Patching and Infra vulnerability resolution
  • Performance tuning activity
  • Preparation of RCA for Major Incidents Updating and maintenance of Availability, Capacity management
  • Risk Analysis and providing mitigation planning
  • Continual Service Improvement Planning and executions
  • Preparing, maintaining and updating of SOP and KBase
  • Maintaining and updating of Infra AS IS / Infra Documents
  • Incident / Problem / Change management
  • Reinstallations and configurations raised due to Incident
  • Application GO-Live review for the new installation done by L2 team
  • Oversight during DR drill.
  • Maintain SLA for Incidents and service requests
