JobResponsibilities: ACCOUNTS &MIS:
Analyzing and presenting periodicfinancial statements & various MIS reports to the Board/TopManagement/CO.
To develop and maintain all necessaryfinancial information systems and procedures in order to ensure theeffective and efficient attainment of the firm'sobjectives.
To ensure that all necessary statements andreports are generated in order to enable the accurate measurementof cash flow profit and loss and debtors etc.
To reviewnew project assignment budgets on a regular basis.
Toreview the reports.
To periodically review outstandingcollections and bank statements.
To recommend anychanges necessary to improve the firm's financialperformance and financial controls.
To be updated withall developments in financial management that might affect thefirm;s finances or its statutory obligations.
AUDITS:
Smoothfunctioning of internal audits & statutory audit in orderto ensure that firm operations are carried out efficiently and withintegrity.
To ensure that agreed recommendations areimplemented.
To maintain a close working relationshipwith the external auditors to ensure compliance and cooperationwith their requirements and to provide an effective audittrail. FINANCE Strategy:
Determining financial objectives like fund mobilization &facilitate budgeting cash flow planning forecasting credit ratingscost optimizing funding requirements & investingactivities.
Overall responsible for ensuring timelybilling collections & effective working capitalmanagement.
To monitor reports and bank statements on adaily basis for daily fund requirements in order to take suitableand required actions.
TEAM MANAGEMENT :
Team trainingbuilding regular reviews conducting annual appraisals &recruitments
Providing complete support &cooperation to other departments for smoother workflow &healthier relationship.
BUDGETING:
Finalising the annualbudget based on the information provided by the respectiveHODs.
To ensure that all financial targets are met asper the budgets and that financial and statutory
regulations are complied with in timely manner. Competencies: 1. Excellent Academic records
