Our client is a leading multinational withHQ in Dubai looking to hire the Chief of Staff based inDubai.Youll play a critical role inproviding strategic and operational support to the organizationsexecutive leadership. Youll act as a key advisor to the CEOfacilitating communication and coordination across variousdepartments and ensuring alignment with the overall businessstrategy.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Collaborate closelywith the CEO to execute strategic initiatives and driveorganizational priorities.
  • Oversee and managekey projects and initiatives ensuring timely and successfulexecution.
  • Facilitate communication andalignment across the leadership team and variousdepartments.
  • Conduct research and analysis tosupport decisionmaking processes.
  • Lead andmanage special projects and crossfunctional teams as assigned bythe CEO.
  • Develop and implement processes toimprove operational efficiency andeffectiveness.
  • Prepare and deliverpresentations reports and briefings for internal and externalstakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEOand internal/external stakeholders representing the organizationsinterests.
  • Provide mentorship coaching andguidance to junior staff members.
  • Monitor keyperformance indicators and provide regular reports to theCEO.
  • Manage and coordinate the executivecalendar meetings and travelarrangements.
  • Participate in highlevel meetingsand discussions contributing to decisionmakingprocesses.
  • Handle sensitive and confidentialinformation with integrity and discretion.
  • Stayinformed about industry trends and developments to makerecommendations for strategicimprovements.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Masters degree inBusiness Administration Management or a relatedfield.
  • Proven 12experience in a seniorleadership role within a fastpaced and dynamicorganization.
  • Excellent project management andorganizational skills with a focus on drivingresults.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence andcollaborate at all levels of theorganization.
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving abilities with a keen attention todetail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal andcommunication skills both written andverbal.
  • Ability to maintain a high level ofprofessionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strategicthinker with the ability to anticipate future needs andopportunities.
  • Experience in managing anddeveloping highperforming teams.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office suite and other relevant businesssoftware.
  • Proven track record of successfullymanaging complex projects andinitiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpacedand demanding environment.
  • Flexibility to adaptto changing priorities and work independently with minimalsupervision.
  • Knowledge of organizationaldevelopment and change management principles is aplus.
