Asa Relationship Manager you will play a pivotal role inunderstanding our clients&39; business objectives andchallenges to deliver strategic recommendations.
Youwill be the primary point of contact responsible for buildingstrong client relationships analyzing data and fosteringpartnerships to drive the acquisition and management of Equity.Currency and Commodities trading accounts andinvestments.
Requirements Background:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Marketing or Finance
  • MBA is aplus with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Sales andBusiness Development: Ability to drive sales and acquire newclients/accounts meeting or exceedingtargets.
CommunicationSkills:
Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills to interact with clients effectivelycolleagues andstakeholders.
AnalyticalSkills:
Ability to analyze markettrends client data and financial statements to make informeddecisions andrecommendations.
NegotiationSkills: Proficiency in negotiating terms pricing and agreements toensure mutual benefit for the client and thefirm.
ClientRelationship Management:
  • Buildingstrong relationships with existing clients to understand theirfinancial goals risk tolerance and investment preferences.Providing personalized advice and recommendations based on theirneeds and market conditions.
  • ChannelPartner Recruitment: Develop and execute recruitment strategies toattract and engage top channel partners which also includesMonitoring and assessing the performance of channel partnersproviding support and resources to help them achieve their targetsand drive mutualsuccess.
  • InvestmentAdvisory: Offering expert guidance on equity investments includingstocks mutual funds and other financial products. Conductingthorough research and analysis to provide clients with informedinvestment recommendations aligned with their financialobjectives.
  • SalesStrategy Development: Developing and implementing effective salesstrategies to achieve revenue goals and expand thefirm's client base. This includes identifying marketopportunities creating marketing campaigns and participating inpromotionalactivities.
  • PortfolioReview and Management: Regularly reviewing client portfolios toassess performance balance investments and optimize assetallocation. Monitoring market trends and economic developments tomake timely adjustments to clientportfolios.
  • Complianceand Risk Management: Ensuring all client interactions andinvestment recommendations comply with regulatory requirements andinternal policies. Educating clients about investment risks andimplementing risk management strategies to protect theirinvestments.
  • MarketResearch and Analysis: Conducting market research and stayingupdated on industry trends economic indicators and geopoliticalevents that may impact equity markets. Using datadriven insights toinform investment decisions and clientrecommendations.
  • TeamCollaboration: Collaborating with research analysts portfoliomanagers and other departments within the firm to leverageexpertise. Participating in team meetings and sharing insights toenhance client service andsatisfaction.
  • ContinuousLearning and Development: Keeping abreast of changes in financialmarkets investment products and regulatory requirements throughongoing training and professional development. Continuouslyenhancing knowledge and skills to provide superior client serviceand support businessgrowth
