As a Relationship Manager you will play a pivotal role in understanding our clients&39; business objectives and challenges to deliver strategic recommendations.

You will be the primary point of contact responsible for building strong client relationships analyzing data and fostering partnerships to drive the acquisition and management of Equity. Currency and Commodities trading accounts and investments.
RequirementsBackground:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or Finance
  • MBA is a plus with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Sales and Business Development: Ability to drive sales and acquire new clients/accounts meeting or exceeding targets.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients effectively colleagues and stakeholders.

Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze market trends client data and financial statements to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating terms pricing and agreements to ensure mutual benefit for the client and the firm.

Client Relationship Management:
  • Building strong relationships with existing clients to understand their financial goals risk tolerance and investment preferences. Providing personalized advice and recommendations based on their needs and market conditions.

  • Channel Partner Recruitment: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and engage top channel partners which also includes Monitoring and assessing the performance of channel partners providing support and resources to help them achieve their targets and drive mutual success.

  • Investment Advisory: Offering expert guidance on equity investments including stocks mutual funds and other financial products. Conducting thorough research and analysis to provide clients with informed investment recommendations aligned with their financial objectives.

  • Sales Strategy Development: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand the firm's client base. This includes identifying market opportunities creating marketing campaigns and participating in promotional activities.

  • Portfolio Review and Management: Regularly reviewing client portfolios to assess performance balance investments and optimize asset allocation. Monitoring market trends and economic developments to make timely adjustments to client portfolios.

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring all client interactions and investment recommendations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Educating clients about investment risks and implementing risk management strategies to protect their investments.

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends economic indicators and geopolitical events that may impact equity markets. Using datadriven insights to inform investment decisions and client recommendations.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborating with research analysts portfolio managers and other departments within the firm to leverage expertise. Participating in team meetings and sharing insights to enhance client service and satisfaction.

  • Continuous Learning and Development: Keeping abreast of changes in financial markets investment products and regulatory requirements through ongoing training and professional development. Continuously enhancing knowledge and skills to provide superior client service and support business growth
