Job Overview

Supro Consulting is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This junior-level position, ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience, will be based in Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Vadodara, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Raurkela, and Pune Division. The candidate will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships, promoting our services, and driving business growth.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales with a focus on field sales and client relationship management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clients.
  • In-depth understanding of insurance sales processes and requirements.
  • Ability to manage sales of loans, including identifying client needs and offering solutions.
  • Strong track record in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sales sector.
  • Experience in credit card sales, emphasizing customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets in current and life insurance segments.
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to the dynamic market environment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to increase sales.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and follow through with actionable strategies.
  • Offer insightful advice and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs in the insurance domain.
  • Collaborate with team members and internal departments to ensure seamless client interaction and service delivery.
  • Attend industry events and networking sessions to promote the company's services.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
