About the Role: We are looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant to support our VP - Corporate in driving execution across Customer Experience, Risk, and Audit. This role is ideal for someone with a consulting background, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to translate strategy into action. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Execution & Monitoring Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives across customer experience, risk, and audit. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports and dashboards. Support in research and analysis for decision-making and business improvements. Coordination & Stakeholder Management Act as a bridge between internal teams and senior leadership to ensure smooth execution. Manage follow-ups, deadlines, and progress tracking for cross-functional projects. Organize and facilitate key meetings, ensuring clarity on action points and next steps. Process Optimization & Documentation Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain structured documentation and reports for ongoing initiatives. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). Experience: 2-5 years in a consulting, strategy, or operations role. Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (data analysis, dashboards, financial modeling). Strong PowerPoint skills (structuring and designing presentations). Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
