Job Summary :
The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for managing the lead generation process, creating strategies to attract potential clients, and ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team. This role is critical for scaling our client base, especially within industries served by Kaliper Technologies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
- Identify target markets and industries to generate high-quality leads for IT consultancy services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns aimed at capturing and nurturing leads.
- Utilize various tools, platforms, and methods (e.g., , email marketing, content syndication, etc.) to source leads.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and optimize them for better performance.
- Qualify leads through research, data analysis, and initial outreach, ensuring they align with Kaliper’s ideal client profile.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate data on leads and potential clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Provide regular reporting on key metrics, such as lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience of minimum 1 year in lead generation, preferably in the IT consultancy or technology services sector.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, especially within IT and technology consulting.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and lead generation software.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
