Responsibilities
Ideate and implement the social media calendar for the brand in line with the marketing calendar.Monitor and manage the various social media platforms.Lead and executed (in collaboration with the brand marketing team) content creation in-store, at workshops, at events and at the museum space.Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network.Customer journey mapping to understand and improve the quality of customer experience, ensuring consistency and a seamless experience at all touch points and across channels.Conduct or assist in museum walkthroughs with visitors.
Qualifications
2-3 years of work experience in a similar role and industry with strong communication skills.A graduate or postgraduate degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field from a reputed university.Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.Excellent written and verbal skills.Experience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or Figma will be preferred.Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
