Role Overview:

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager with prior experience in social media management and advertising to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns for both our clients and Talknlock's own platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, , Twitter, etc.) to ensure maximum engagement and ROI.
  • Create and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to each platform.
  • Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns to achieve client and company goals.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve strategies.
  • Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build community and trust.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithms in social media marketing.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Develop strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and boost visibility for both clients’ and our pages.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Social Media Marketing or a similar role.
  • Expertise in running paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Creativity and ability to develop innovative campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Advertising is a plus.
