As the Billing Coordinator you will be responsible for managing and streamlining the billing and invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. You will act as a key link between finance, operations, and clients to make sure revenue is captured correctly and efficiently We are offering the following shift patterns: Mid-Shift: 12:30 PM IST - 21:30 PM IST Night Shift: 6:30 PM IST - 3:00 AM How you’ll make a difference, key responsibilities: Prepare, issue, and process accurate invoices in line with client agreements, project milestones, and company policies. Review contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation to ensure billing compliance and correct charge allocations. Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding payments, and escalate issues where necessary. Reconcile billing data with financial systems, ensuring accuracy between revenue records and accounting entries. Respond to client billing queries in a professional and timely manner, resolving discrepancies and providing supporting documentation as required. Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting or any Business-related course. 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash. Excellent communications skills in both written and spoken English. Advance knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and procedures and internal controls. Experience working with ERP, i.e., Oracle Systems or SAP is preferred. Previous experience in process migration/transition is preferred.
