Job Title: Billing Executive

Location: Banglore - White Field & HRBR

Experience: 14 years

Qualification: Any Graduate (Commerce or Finance background preferred)

Job Summary:

The Billing Executive will be responsible for handling all billing-related activities at the clinic, ensuring accuracy in billing, payments, and maintaining financial records. The role involves close coordination with the front office, finance, and operations teams to provide a smooth and transparent billing experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and process invoices for client treatments and services.
  • Manage billing entries in the system and ensure accuracy of data.
  • Handle daily cash, card, and digital payment collections and reconciliations.
  • Maintain records of transactions and prepare daily billing reports.
  • Coordinate with the front office and counselors for client billing clarifications.
  • Manage refunds, discounts, and approvals as per company policy.
  • Ensure all payments are updated in the system and submitted to accounts on time.
  • Support audit and compliance processes related to billing and revenue.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure a professional client experience.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.

  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.

  • English & Kannada Language is mandatory.

Preferred Experience:

  • 13 years of experience in billing, cashiering, or accounts within healthcare, clinic, or service industry setups.
