The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.

Develop social media strategyVisibility of the brand, its services and products on social networks are ensured, and aligned with the company strategic lines.Develop content for the Social Media Campaign like infographics, photos, reels, videos, blog posts etc.Define KPIs and KRAs for Social Media Campaigns.Update social media content across all channels including but not limiting to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram,

and YouTube, on a daily basis.Engage with customers and followers.Monitor campaigns and analyses of data obtained.Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.Establish relationships and collabs with social media influencers to develop a strong network.Keep an eye on social media trends and make content which is savvy.Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management

Qualifications

Proficiency in many social media platformsFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)4-6 years of prior experience as a social media manager or a SEO and digital marketer roleGraduate with minimum of 60% scores throughout their academic careerMasters degree in marketing, digital marketing, internet marketing or related fieldExperience in creating social media strategiesExperience in crafting engaging content infographics, photos, reels, videos, blog postsKnowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, , YouTube, etc.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganized and able to multitaskCandidates having QMS certification would be preferred.
