Please find below the Job Description-

Experience is 4-7 years

Must Haves

- Min 4+ years of experience in Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline business operations.- Experience in documenting data governance policy and SOP and act as SME on policy and governance.- Experience in creating process flow, workflows, flow chart, etc- Ability to lead data governance initiatives, ensuring data quality and compliance with relevant regulations- Good communication skills

Good to have

- Certifications in Business Analysis or Data Governance.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline business operations.- Experience in documenting policy and SOP and act as SME on policy and governance.- Identify the need, objective and scope of the policy by liaising with relevant stakeholders such as subject matter experts and the Governance, Compliance and Legal team as needed.- Review to see if there are existing documents within Whole of Government or the Portfolio and consider opportunities for consolidation instead of creating a new policy; and if a need is identified, prepare a brief to the senior staff member who will support the policy development (the Sponsor) to obtain approval to draft.- Draft policy document based on key principles or processes; and submit draft document to Sponsor for review and approval prior to consultation.- Lead data governance initiatives, ensuring data quality and compliance with relevant regulations.- Conduct regular reviews of implemented solutions to ensure they meet the intended objectives.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements.- Train team members on the use of SharePoint and other business tools to enhance productivity.- Participate in the development of business strategies and plans.- Document all business requirements and processes for future reference.- Participate in the selection and implementation of new business tools and systems.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of business processes and systems.- Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transition during the implementation of new systems or processes.- Ensure all business operations comply with industry standards and regulations.- Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of business projects and initiatives.
