**Position Description**:

- Minimum of 12 years of work experience in the Information Technology Field.
- Minimum of 8 years of hands on experience Data Architecture and Data Management
- Must have 3+ years' experience as a data governance architect
- Strong hands-on experience in data management, metadata management, data quality, data lineage and data governance.
- Strong knowledge of database modeling principles, techniques and enterprise data management best practices.
- Experience with architecture and design of large-scale shared data solutions with multiple stakeholders.
- Interact with business and IT stakeholders to understand current state Data Governance and build a future state Data Governance strategy and roadmap
- Maintain and promote key data governance deliverables/assets, including data policies, data standards and data management roles and decision frameworks
- Data Governance Tool experience preferably with Collibra DGC
- Building data dictionary/business glossary using Collibra DGC and integrating with existing metadata storage
- Document, assess, influence business requirements to develop, enable and advance data governance and stewardship capabilities
- Develop Key Performance Indicators and dashboards to measure the success of the data governance program
- Facilitate and promote usage and adoption of the data governance tool, particularly among business users
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, analytical and organizational skills. Should possess excellent communication and articulation skills.
- Hands-on design and implementation experience in below technologies
- ETL tools - SAS ETL / Data stage
- Data Platforms - Teradata, Oracle
