Inside Sales Executive – AI Sales PlatformLocation: Hyderabad (Work from Office – 6 Days/Week)Experience: 1–5 Years | Full-time – Contract | Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PMAbout the RoleReadywire is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Executive to drive lead qualification, client engagement, and business development for our AI-driven Sales Platform.You’ll leverage in-house AI tools to identify potential clients, explain our solutions, and schedule meetings with the Sales Manager — playing a key role in driving our next phase of growth.If you’re tech-savvy, target-oriented, and love fast-paced sales environments, this role is for youKey ResponsibilitiesLead Qualification & Outreach- Use AI-powered systems to identify, score, and qualify leads.- Reach out via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage potential clients.- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups.Business Development & Sales Support- Present product features and map them to customer needs.- Schedule demos and assist the Sales Manager in closing deals.- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve sales strategies.Relationship Management- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.What We’re Looking For- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.- Experience: 1–5 years in Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development (preferably in AI / SaaS / IT Services).- Skills: Excellent spoken and written English; fluency in Hindi preferred.- Mindset: Confident, persuasive, proactive, and target-driven.- Tech Skills: Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and lead databases (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).- Bonus: Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation solutions.Why Join Us✅ Be part of an AI-first startup transforming the way businesses do sales.✅ Work directly with technology and product teams on real-world sales automation.✅ Learn, grow, and build a career in modern, data-driven sales operations.
