Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative, you'll drive lead generation, set appointments, and build relationships with key decision-makers to meet sales targets. Your focus will be on prospecting new clients and supporting the front-end team for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and set meetings with key decision-makers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Reach out to 60-70 prospects daily, using CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Build a strong product knowledge base to handle client objections.
  • Work within a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-4 years of B2B inside sales experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiar with CRM tools, MS PowerPoint, and Excel.
