Senior Quality Specialist

Perform end-to-end planning and execution of quality assurance / quality control activities throughout the development lifecycle in alignment with product management and development team•
Define test strategy and quality assurance for the features implemented by your team•
Responsible for test planning, developing and executing automated tests to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are fulfilled•
Work with development team to drive improvements in overall quality, automation test and delivery processes•
Participate in central quality meetings on new updates in product standards, understanding of the new rules for compliance and documentations. Roll-outs to the team and follow-up to ensure compliance & coordinate to mitigate risks involved in any of processes / delivery•
Exhibit learning agility by quickly upskilling on new test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrade existing practices and processes
What you bring:•
7+ years of work experience with degree in B.E/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech, MCA•
Experience working as Quality Specialist in cloud software developments using continuous delivery and deployment with a focus on quality assurance•
Extensive experience in test-driven development, unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing, security & performance testing•
Experience in cloud security concepts, solutions, and automations•
Proficient in test automation using automation tools such as Selenium, Webdriver, Postman, and CI/CD tools - Azure DevOps, Jenkins•
Working experience with programming languages like Java, Python•
Experience in Agile processes, backlog planning systems (e.g. JiRA), test & defects tracking systems•
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
