Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Marketing Manager
who will lead sales and marketing activities for Pure Coats. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and interiors industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach
    builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and project owners
    for product promotion and sales.
  • Develop strong relationships with
    corporates, industrial clients, housing projects, and institutional buyers
    .
  • Conduct product presentations, explain technical benefits, and position Pure Coats as a preferred solution.
  • Work closely with the management team to design and implement sales strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience
    in B2B marketing / sales, preferably in
    construction materials, paints, coatings, or building solutions
    .
  • Strong networking and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and open to travel.
