**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Marketing & Promotion**:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for tour packages across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Create engaging content for websites, social media, brochures, and advertisements.
- **Sales & Lead Generation**:
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into bookings.
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop loyalty programs and referral marketing strategies.
- **Brand Management**:
- Maintain and enhance the brand image of the company.
- Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and sponsorships.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
- **Partnerships & Networking**:
- Collaborate with hotels, airlines, tourism boards, and influencers for joint marketing efforts.
- Build relationships with corporate clients for business travel deals.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:
- Analyze travel trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve service offerings.
- Prepare reports on marketing performance and ROI.
- **Social Media & Digital Marketing**:
- Manage social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Run paid ad campaigns and influencer collaborations.
- Engage with customers through online reviews and feedback.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
**Experience**: 1-3 years in marketing, preferably in the travel industry.
**Skills**:

- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Creativity in content creation & campaign planning
- Market research & data analysis

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
