Job Overview:
Microgreen Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in staff augmentation, recruitment, and staffing services . The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales acumen, P&L management experience, and delivery oversight capabilities. This role focuses on generating new business, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Drive end-to-end sales for staff augmentation services, including identifying opportunities, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients within the staffing, recruitment, and consultancy sectors .
- Achieve business growth through new client acquisition , expanding relationships with key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals tailored to their staffing needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless handoff to the delivery team.
- P&L Management:
- Own and manage the profit & loss (P&L) for the business development vertical, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation.
- Monitor financial performance and make necessary adjustments to meet revenue and margin targets.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their staffing needs.
- Provide a consultative approach to offer tailored staffing solutions to clients in various industries.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Delivery Oversight:
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure timely and quality execution of staffing solutions.
- Oversee the fulfillment of client staffing requirements, ensuring alignment between client expectations and delivery capabilities.
- Track and report on the performance of ongoing staffing engagements, ensuring successful delivery of services.
- Market Research & Lead Generation:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and partnerships.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in staff augmentation, staffing services, or recruitment in a business development or sales capacity.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of driving end-to-end sales processes, including lead generation, client acquisition, proposal management, and deal closure.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of staff augmentation and contract staffing services in the domestic market.
- P&L Management: Experience in managing P&L and financial targets, with the ability to deliver profitable growth.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Expertise in new client acquisitions , developing long-term client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Delivery Oversight: Ability to oversee delivery processes and collaborate with internal teams to meet client staffing needs.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Preferred Industry Experience:
The ideal candidate should have experience working in staffing, recruitment, or consultancy companies within the domestic market. The role requires a sales-oriented profile, with a strong focus on business development and P&L management.
