We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Director / Vice President of Sales with a demonstrated track record in selling Cloud solutions within the services industry to join our team. You will play a key role in developing new business opportunities within our current customer base while actively pursuing new clients.
Position : Business Head - Cloud
Key Responsibilities:
Cloud Sales Leadership :
Lead and drive cloud sales with a focus on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends in cloud services.
Team Management :
Oversee a team of 6-7 members, ensuring high performance and motivation.
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement professional development plans.
Business Growth :
Develop strategies to increase the current turnover
Analyze market conditions and customer needs to enhance service offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Reporting and Collaboration :
Providing regular updates on sales performance and business development initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
Experience :
7-8 years of experience in cloud sales, with proven expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP.
6-7 years of experience in team handling and leadership roles.
6+ years experience in selling Cloud/Data/AI solutions to business and technology stakeholders. Understanding of startups are a plus.
Amazon Web Services experience is a MUST.
Demonstrable experience in working with cloud platform companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, and Google towards mutually beneficial partnerships.
Education :
B.Tech in IT or a related field.
