This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity where you will play a key role in building relationships, providing information about our services, and supporting our sales efforts — all while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential tourism and hospitality clients (tour operators, hotels, resorts, travel agencies).
  • Share information about our services and initiatives.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate details.
  • Maintain call records and update databases regularly.
  • Assist the sales team in achieving their business development targets.
  • Manage high call volumes while ensuring quality conversations.
  • Adapt to dynamic work schedules and process updates.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. (Malayalam proficiency is a plus)
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
  • Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, or call center roles preferred.
  • Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Higher Secondary or above.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
