Position: Telecaller
Location: Ramanattukara, Kerala
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller with excellent English fluency, strong sales skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful bookings. The candidate will be responsible for contacting international clients, presenting our tours & travel packages, and driving conversions. Preference will be given to candidates residing in and around Ramanattukara.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to international clients to promote tours and travel packages.
Effectively pitch travel services and offers with a focus on sales conversion.
Handle objections professionally and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and customer interactions.
Follow up with prospects to maximize closure.
Build long-term client relationships and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Fluency in English (spoken and written) – essential.
Strong sales and persuasion skills with proven ability to close deals.
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (travel industry preferred).
Confidence in handling international clients with professionalism and cultural awareness.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, email handling).
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work under targets.
Preference for candidates from in and around Ramanattukara.
