Job Description:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate and close deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Cold calling and talking to the clients and taking the updates.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor/Post graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of sales and marketing success in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
