Website link - LinkedIn Profile - Job Description: Lead a passionate team working directly with Australian CPA Firms. Review the accounts for a team of 10 to 15 people. Client Onboarding, Client Meetings and Communication. Managing workflow for the team. Review and provide feedback on team members’ work, offering timely advice and tips to maintain workflow efficiency. Conduct training sessions for new team members. Preparation of Monthly & Quarterly Indirect Tax Returns for the clients. Prepare & finalize financial statement and Tax Return for Company, Trust, Partnership & Individual. Preparing Tax Planning documents & Financial Statements. Skill Set: At least 2 years of team management experience with more than 15-20 peoples. Hands-on experience in Australian Accounting & Taxation. Ability to interpret Australian Laws and tax concepts and apply it in real-life situations for clients. Expert in XERO, MYOB, Quickbooks. Exceptional command over verbal and written communication in English. Location and Timings: The opportunity is WORK FROM OFFICE ONLY. Job Location - Gota, Ahmedabad. 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, 5 Day Working (First Saturday working, rest of the weekends are free), growth and career development.
