Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a JR US IT Recruiter located in Vadodara. The role involves managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to coordinating hiring activities. The JR US IT Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and engaging top IT talent, conducting technical recruiting, and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring experience
  • IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills
  • Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and screening IT candidates
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of IT industry trends and technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field preferred
