*What Is IT Sales Recruiter?

Think of it as matchmaking in the tech world. You'll be helping skilled IT professionals (our consultants) find exciting projects with top companies in the US. You'll be their career guide, their voice, and their champion.

*What You'll Be Doing:

 Connect with consultants and understand their skills and goals.

 Market them to clients and vendors across the US.

 Negotiate rates, schedule interviews, and close deals.

 Track submissions, feedback, and placements.

 Learn about work visas, tax terms, and the US job market.

*Who You Are:

A recent graduate (any stream) with strong English communication skills.

Curious, confident, and ready to learn.

Comfortable working night shifts (US timings).

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
