Role Overview:
ExpoInn Suites & Convention is seeking a skilled Purchase Executive with experience in the hotel industry and strong knowledge of electrical items. The candidate will handle end-to-end procurement activities including vendor management, negotiations, and ensuring timely supply of materials required for hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement of hotel operational supplies (housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and other consumables).
  • Manage electrical purchases such as wires, fittings, equipment, and appliances.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for best rates and credit terms.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and timely delivery.
  • Monitor stock levels in coordination with store & maintenance teams.
  • Process purchase orders and maintain records in ERP / MS Excel.
  • Liaise with finance for vendor payments and invoice verification.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Electrical / Hotel Management / Supply Chain or related field.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in hotel industry procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical materials and hotel operations-related purchases.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / ERP systems.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (in-hand)
