**Job Title**: Purchase Executive - Supply Chain Management (SCM) Department: Supply Chain Management ,Reports To Purchase Manager / SCM ManagerJob Summary:
The Purchase Executive is responsible for procuring materials, goods, and services necessary for the company's operations. This role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products. The Purchase Executive works closely with various departments to understand their requirements and ensure the supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Management**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
- Maintain and manage relationships with existing suppliers.
- Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews.
- **Procurement Process**:

- Process purchase orders and requisitions.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and proper storage of goods.
- **Cost Control**:

- Analyze market trends and pricing.
- Implement cost-saving measures and strategies.
- Prepare and manage budgets for purchasing activities.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure purchased products meet the company’s quality standards.
- Work with the quality control team to address any quality issues or concerns.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, costs, and supplier performance.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with other departments (e.g., production, engineering, finance) to understand their needs and requirements.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
- **Attributes**: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
