About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Team Leader
to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in service-based industries such as KPO/BPO and will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring performance targets are met, and delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team in a KPO/BPO environment, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Monitor team performance using key metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Drive productivity, adherence to SLAs, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and process standards.

Skills & Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in KPO/BPO or service-based industry.
  • Proven team management and leadership capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and metrics-driven approach to performance management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Punjabi.
  • Ability to work in shifts (Morning / Evening / Night).
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
