Job Description 2: Customer Success Lead – Customer Care
Location: HyderabadSalary Range: ₹21,000 - ₹23,000 per month (Up to ₹25,000 including performance-based incentives)Shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM | 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Rotational)
Overview:We are looking for a dynamic Customer Success Lead to head our customer care operations and guide a small but high-performing support team. This hybrid role blends leadership with hands-on service, ensuring every customer interaction is delightful and issue-free.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of Customer Care Executives.
Monitor call flow, resolution quality, and team KPIs.
Handle complex and escalated customer issues directly.
Mentor and train new team members for optimal performance.
Analyze trends from customer interactions to enhance service strategy.
Actively participate in day-to-day customer support operations.
Manage and process refund data accurately and timely.
Address all customer grievances effectively.
Collect, manage, and act on customer feedback.
Use ticketing platforms efficiently to track and resolve issues.
Report regularly to the Operations Manager with basic performance and issue reports.

Requirements:
2-3 years of customer care experience, including team supervision.
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
Proficient with CRM tools and customer management systems.
Fluent in English and Telugu/Hindi.
