Description:

The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for AWS services in the US market. This role demands a deep understanding of AWS technologies, strong business acumen, and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at various levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base for AWS services.Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging digital marketing channels.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including CTOs, CIOs, and other decision-makers.Develop tailored proposals and presentations that align AWS solutions with the client's business needs and objectives.Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure smooth transitions to post-sale support and delivery teams.Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging AWS technologies to effectively position services.Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to develop comprehensive solutions for potential clients.Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5-7 years of business development or sales experience in the IT services industry, with a focus on cloud solutions, preferably AWS.Strong understanding of AWS services, cloud computing, and related technologies.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Strong professional network within the US market, particularly with C-level executives in target industries.AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner are preferred.
