Cabra Dominican College is seeking an outstanding candidate for the position of Registrar to commence 19 January 2026. The position is permanent for 37.5 hours per week, 44 weeks per year. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end student enrolment process, including applications, interviews, and documentation. Collaborate with the Principal and Business Director to finalise enrolment offers and respond to enquiries. Maintain and update enrolment databases (Civica and Enquiry Tracker). Monitor acceptances, waiting lists, and enrolment trends to ensure full intake. Coordinate Principal Tours, transition days, and onboarding for new students. Prepare and submit Census data and support post-enumeration audits. Provide regular enrolment reports to the Executive Leadership Team. Liaise with Catholic primary and independent schools to exchange enrolment information. Ensure enrolment content on the college website is accurate and current. Support general administrative tasks and other duties as directed by the Principal. About You You are a relationship-focused professional with strong organisational and communication skills. You bring: The ability to build trust and engage positively with families, staff, and the wider school community, while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity. Excellent written and verbal communication, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines independently. Experience in data management and reporting, including working with databases and preparing statistical information. Strong organisational and time management skills, thriving in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. A collaborative mindset and a commitment to the values, vision, and mission of Cabra Dominican College, with a desire to deepen your understanding of the Dominican charism.
