Product Manager – Counter-Terror Solutions

We are seeking a strategic and driven Product Manager to take ownership of our Counter-Terror product line. This role is critical to shaping the future of our national security-focused solutions, working at the intersection of advanced technology, threat intelligence, and mission-critical operations.
You will lead the full product lifecycle—from vision and roadmap to execution and go-to-market strategy—for a sophisticated surveillance and analysis platform used by government and defense agencies.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Own the product vision and roadmap for our Counter-Terror product suite.
Engage with government stakeholders, security agencies, and internal field teams to deeply understand mission needs and operational pain points.
Define product requirements with clear use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and UX to deliver solutions that enable high-value threat detection, correlation, and investigative workflows.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
Ensure compliance with legal, privacy, and operational policies relevant to national security and lawful intercept.
Track market trends, competitive offerings, and geopolitical developments to shape long-term product direction.
Support business development and sales efforts through product demonstrations, RFIs/RFPs, and strategic input.
Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to high-quality work standards
Responsible for maintaining Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of Vehere's information assets including business critical information.
Skills and Experience:
5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in security, intelligence, or enterprise software domains.
Strong analytical and systems thinking; ability to break down complex workflows into intuitive features.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience working with or within government, defense, or national security environments is a strong plus.
Familiarity with surveillance platforms, NDR, lawful intercept, or OSINT systems is a bonus.
Ability to obtain a security clearance is a plus but not required.
