Counter-Terror Product Development Director

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to develop and execute the full product lifecycle of our surveillance platform. This is a key role in shaping national security-focused solutions, working closely with government stakeholders, security agencies, and internal teams.
Key responsibilities include defining product requirements, collaborating with engineering and UX teams, and delivering solutions that enable high-value threat detection and investigative workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience working with or within government environments.
- Develop product vision and roadmap for surveillance suite.
- Engage with government stakeholders and security agencies to understand mission needs.
- Define product requirements with clear use cases and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to deliver solutions.
- Prioritize features based on customer impact and feasibility.
- Ensure compliance with legal and operational policies.
- Track market trends and geopolitical developments.
- Support business development and sales efforts through product demonstrations.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in security or enterprise software domains.
- Strong analytical and systems thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working with government or defense environments is a strong plus.
