We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in a dynamic and fast-paced real estate environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions such as sales,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across the organization.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Source and screen resumes using job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/departmental interviews.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Freshers only (no prior experience required)
  • Age limit: below 26 years
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,239.41 per month
