Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive located in South Delhi. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding new hires, and maintaining employee records. This role also involves developing training and development programs, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Executive will work closely with various departments to support workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing recruitment processes and onboarding
  • Knowledge in developing training and development programs
  • Skills in handling employee relations and maintaining employee records
  • Understanding of labor laws and company policies related to HR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
