Role Overview

We are looking for a
Communities & HR Associate
who is eager to learn and contribute to both
internal HR functions
and
external community-building initiatives
.

This is a
trainee / early-career role
designed for candidates who want to:

  • Understand the
    nuances of Corporate HR and Startup Management
    .
  • Support
    recruitment, onboarding, and organizational development
    .
  • Help design
    internal policies, compliance frameworks, and training programs
    .
  • Build bridges with external
    industry communities
    — performance marketing, skill-based gaming & esports, advertising, digital marketing, and influencer ecosystems.

What You'll Do

Human Resources & Organizational Development

  • Assist in
    recruitment and hiring
    of programming, design, and marketing professionals.
  • Support
    onboarding, induction, and training programs
    for new team members.
  • Contribute to
    policy creation, internal compliance, and documentation
    .
  • Maintain and update
    employee records, HR documents, and SOPs
    .
  • Help design
    skill development initiatives
    for employees and interns.

Community & Industry Engagement

  • Connect with and map
    industry communities
    in:
  • Performance Marketing
  • Skill-based Gaming & Esports
  • Advertising & Digital Marketing
  • Influencers and Creator Economy
  • Develop content for
    community engagement, events, and communication materials
    .
  • Support the founder in building
    partnerships, collaborations, and advocacy
    in these communities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the
    founding team
    on organizational development.
  • Coordinate with
    legal and compliance consultants
    to draft and maintain documentation.
  • Assist in
    internal communication, team culture, and talent growth initiatives
    .

Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Final-Year Student (HR, Management, Communications, or related fields).
  • Strong interest in
    HR, people management, and startup ecosystems
    .
  • Excellent
    written and verbal English communication
    .
  • Ability to create
    content for documentation, onboarding, and community engagement
    .
  • Adaptable, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership in a fast-paced startup.
  • Bonus: Prior exposure to
    community building, HR internships, or digital ecosystems
    .
